Candied Walnut Biscotti w/ Dark Chocolate

With a cup of strong black coffee. 
Adapted from Joy the Baker. Missed the instructions where I had to cream the butter (and I had no butter). Substituted 1/2 cup of peanut oil. Also dough was really dry for me so had to add another egg. 
Same link as above, with some alterations (added whatever spices I was in the mood for...) Made these a day in advance. Didn't really taste the candied-ness once they were in the biscotti, but makes for a great munching snake.
